PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate operations of start-up and halt of a fuel cell by a fuel cell main body, eliminate materials and equipment needed at start-up and halt on the main body, make the fuel cell more compact and lightweight, space- saving, and to save motive energy of a mobile body mounting the fuel cell, and further, to enable to shorten starting time of the fuel cell, save manpower in fuel cell operation, and improve operation efficiency. SOLUTION: Utilized is the fuel cell system provided with a fuel cell part 2 mounted on a mobile body 10 such as a submarine boat and an automobile and equipped with a fuel cell used for the mobile body 10, and fuel cell support part 1 situated at a base 9 in the form of ports and harbors facilities, a supporting mother vessel, a service station or the like, connected to the fuel cell part 2 at time of start-up and halt of the fuel cell, and supporting start-up and halt of the fuel cell. |
