PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid polymer electrolyte having high ion conductivity and solid strength sufficient for the use as an electrochemical element, and to provide an electrochemical element using the above. SOLUTION: The solid polymer electrolyte, composed of a matrix element of bridged polymer (A) and an electrolyte salt (B), formed by the polymerization reaction of the matrix element (A), contains at least a compound of urethane(meta)acrylate group (A1), and a polymerized monomer with specific structure (A2).
