PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and inexpensive information display device and a new information communication system using the device. SOLUTION: The information display device 100 comprises a detection means 10 obtaining self-present position data on a self-present position, a display means 30 transmitting self-present position data to a server and receiving data on self-present position data by communicating with the server in a remote place and displaying received data, a control means 40 controlling the detection means 10 and the display means 30 and an input means 50 giving an instruction to the control means 40. The information communication system is constituted of the server having a specified storage area and a general storage area and outputting data and the information display device 100 receiving data stored in the specified storage area and the general storage area and displaying it based on data by communicating with the server through a public telephone line.
