<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrally form a stator core having proper assembly accuracy regardless of heat shrinkage in a laser welded part between adjacent split cores. SOLUTION: A stator core placed in a temporarily assembled condition, by arranging each split core in a state of being lined up in the concerned circumferential direction is fixed with an external diameter thereof in prescribed shape, in accordance with a fixed reference surface by applying force in the radial direction from the inside diameter side of the stator core. Next an irradiation nozzle made to branch from a single laser oscillator is respectively installed in each welded position, dispersedly arranged almost uniformly on the circumference, simultaneously with applying a welding process. In addition, the stator core is axially rotated, the other connection part is successively laser-welded.</p> |
