PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a manufacturer to easily consign environmental assessment of a manufacturing product to an external environment assessor, and reduce a burden on the environmental assessment of the manufacturing product of the manufacturer in an environment-friendly design support method of the manu facturing product. SOLUTION: The environment assessor makes a security protection contract with the manufacturer. The manufacturer provides a part list file on the basis of the part constitution and a material-chemical substance on the assembly product for the environment assessor. The environment assessor executes an environment assessing process of the product by a computer on the basis of a database 21d for environment-friendly design, and sends an assessment result to the manufacturer. The manufacturer drafts the environment-friendly design of the product by taking into consideration the assessment result.
