PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building value estimation support device capable of computing rational standards to determine if it is better to utilize a range of limit of building coverage or limit of a volume ratio to the maximum, or if it is better to employ skeleton size conformable to interior member. SOLUTION: This building value estimation support device is provided with a cube expression part 10 to express a building skeleton using rectangular parallelepipeds of predetermined size, a data base 30 for interior members having the size of the parallelepipeds as units of outer size, and a means 40 to compute advantages for each rectangular parallelepiped in the building skeleton expressed by the parallelepipeds. Constitution by the units of the parallelepipeds of predetermined size can thus be compared with constitution of the building skeleton as the parallelepipeds of predetermined size with additional parallelepipeds of fraction size for examination.
