PURPOSE:To form a metallic foil circuit in a short time by printing conductive paste on the surface of a film body, bringing the rear the of the film body in contact with a metallic supporter, electrically connecting the conductive paste with the metallic supporter through a boring means, and soaking the film body and the metallic supporter into plating liquid. CONSTITUTION:Conductive paste 3 is formed by printing on the surface of a film body 1 composed of polyethylene terephthalate or other materials to form plating patterns 4. A plurality of through holes 2 corresponding to the plating patterns 4 are made in the film body 1 beforehand and filled up when the conductive paste 3 is printed. The film body 1 is wound on the peripheral surface of a metallic drum 5 and soaked into plating liquid 6 in this state, and a current is passed so that the drum 5 may be cathode. The plating patterns 4 are electrically connected with the drum 5 through the conductive paste in the through holes 2 to form a copper foil circuit in a short time. |
