PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a stable recording and regeneration on the recordable optical disk which has double layered recording layer on its one side. SOLUTION: To stabilize the incident light intensity in the vicinity of the outmost periphery and the inmost periphery of a recording layer 2 by widening the recordable region of the recording layer 3 which is positioned on the forward part s seen from the incident light side than the recordable region of the inner recording layer 2. The outside and inside of recording region which is to be applied by users are made prewrite and preemboss.
