PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recycle an optical recording medium such as a useless optical disk, a useless optical memory card or the like without crushing it. SOLUTION: The following characteristic manufacturing method of the optical recording medium is provided: when the optical recording medium such as the useless optical disk, the useless optical memory card or the like is recycled without crushing it, a new optical recording medium is manufactured by bonding the plastic substrate of the useless optical recording medium, as a dummy plastic substrate for reinforcement, and the plastic substrate of an optical recording medium to be newly manufactured together. |
