PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic commercial transaction management system and method and a recording medium capable of properly calculating the delivery tariff of merchandise, and effectively supporting a user to purchase the merchandise. SOLUTION: At the time of delivering merchandise ordered by a user, when a plurality of orders to purchase merchandise are made from the same user, an arithmetic processing part 32 reads information (the kind and quantity of the merchandise) related with all the merchandise to be purchased according to the plurality of orders from a merchandise settlement information storing part 37. Then, the arithmetic processing part 32 calculates a delivery tariff corresponding to all the merchandise to be purchased according to the plurality of orders by referring to the information ('delivery coefficients' and 'delivery tarff') related with the delivery tariff of merchandise stored in a merchandise information storing part 35. Also, the arithmetic processing part 32 decides the settlement method of the calculated delivery tariff based on information related with the settlement method of the delivery tariff stored in a delivery tariff settlement information storing part 36.
