ULTRASONIC WELDING MACHINE HAVING MEASUREMENT FUNCTION OF SURFACE WOBBLING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ultrasonic welding machine which can automate both of the welding of a workpiece and the surface wobbling inspection of the workpiece after welding. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic welding machine is provided with a receiving base 10 on which a workpiece 50 is placed and which is rotatable around a an axis perpendicular to a welding surface (contact part for welding) 52c of the workpiece 50, a horn 20 for welding which generates a ultrasonic wave to weld while holding the workpiece 50 with the receiving base 10, and a transmission type laser sensor 30. The surface wobbling of the workpiece 50 is measured by the irradiation of a laser which advances in parallel with the welding surface 52c while rotating the workpiece 50 after welding by the receiving base 10.
