<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interleave AD conversion system waveform digitizer that measures offsets of sampling phases among analog/digital converters to be able to correct FFT(Fast Fourier Transform) processing. SOLUTION: In the interleave AD conversion system waveform digitizer, N-sets of analog/digital converters are connected to have an interleave configuration, when number of interleave ways is N (N is an integer of 2 or more), each analog/digital converter samples a signal to be measured outputted from a device to be measured in prescribed sample timing corresponding to the interleave configuration, consecutively provides an output and applies quantization conversion to the signal, an FFT processing unit receives time series data from the analog/digital converters to apply Fourier transform to the time series data and an interleave section applies interleaving to the transformed data and the digitizer is provided with a means which cancels a spurious component caused by the phase error of N-sets of the analog/digital converters.</p> |
