PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device having a facsimile transmission/ reception function, which can simplify selection of caller information. SOLUTION: The image forming device brings at least the facsimile transmission/reception function to an operating mode when a password by each department or a personal identification number is entered, registers in advance the name of caller information attached to facsimile image data, registers in advance the specific name in the caller information corresponding to the password or the personal information number, and reads and transmits the caller information corresponding to the password or the personal identification number in response to the entry of the password or the personal identification number. Furthermore, the image forming device includes company names, department names and user names for names of the registered caller information.
