PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a line post insulator which allows positioning and installing an arch horn easily and reliably, improving productivity, quality and performance, reducing the number of parts, and implementing simplification, miniaturization and cost reduction, even in a case of a polymer insulator. SOLUTION: In the line post insulator 21, a charging side arch horn 26 is mounted on a seat 48 of an inside surface in an axial direction of the second flange 33 of a charging side fitting 24. An earth side arch horn 27 is mounted on a seat 58 of an inside surface in an axial direction of the second flange 43 of an earth side fitting 25.
