PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave noise controller that makes a measurement antenna for restricting EMI unable to detect the electromagnetic wave noise emitted from an upper part of an image reader. SOLUTION: In the electromagnetic wave noise controller that is mounted on a device 1 provided with an image reader 2 having an image sensor and peripheral circuit 3 and an automatic document feeder 4 and uses a lens antenna 5 to control an electromagnetic wave noise emitted from the image sensor and peripheral circuit 3, the lens antenna 5 is configured with a curved face and a flat face and mounted inside the automatic document feeder, and a relation of r=[(n-1).f]/(n.cosθ-1) holds, where f is a distance between the lens antenna 5 and the image sensor and peripheral circuit 3, r is the distance between the image sensor and peripheral circuit 3 and the curved face of the lens antenna 5,θis the angle from the image sensor and peripheral circuit 3 to the curved face of the lens antenna, and n is a root of the specific dielectric constant of the lens antenna.
