PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system for a repairing article enabling to shorten the time from receipt to delivery for repairing article. SOLUTION: A user terminal 10 to be used by a user, a server 20 in a repair center receiving a request for repair from a user and a plant terminal 30 in a plant where a repairing article is repaired are connected to the Internet 100 and constitute a repairing article management system. The server 20 in the repair center is provided with at least a first means (step S21) where a estimate data is prepared based on the request for proposal for the repairing article from the user terminal and the prepared estimate data is informed to the user terminal, a second means (step S22) where the repair request for the repairing article is received from the user terminal, a third means (step S23) where the repair plant for the repairing article received in the second means is selected and the selected plant name is informed to the user terminal and the plant terminal, and a fourth means (step S24) where the repair state for the repairing article is received from the repair plant for the repairing article and the repairing state is enabled to retrieve from the user terminal. |
