APERTURE GRILL AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high precision aperture grill to which surface the copper prone to giving a bad effect on color generation at an fluorescent surface is not exposed externally and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: In an aperture grill medium where the multi-layer metal layer including the copper plating layer shaped at the conductor surface is built up by using an electric plating method and consisting of, as one body, the product portion remaining inside the frame surface after welded to the frame, the welded portion remaining at the frame portion and its surrounding, this aperture grill features at exclusion of the copper plating layer built for the purpose to separate the tape portion within the designated ranges by putting the welding track surface of the welded portion in the center and by putting the dividing surface to divide the surrounding from the welded portion in the center. The additional features of this aperture grill lie in that it can suppress the formation of the copper plating thin film at its spot by covering the non-conductivity at the designated range to put the weld track surface of the welded portion in the center prior to building process of the copper plating layer with an electric plating method and by putting the dividing surface for separating the surrounding from the welded portion in the center and can release the covering upon the copper plating treated for finalizing its fabrication.
