PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lighten the load and economical burden on a communication means by making it possible to send electronic mail with large attached data even from a portable telephone whose capacity of generation and transmission by electronic mail is greatly restricted. SOLUTION: This system has a data information table 22 wherein a user registers information for accessing data added to electronic mail before sending the electronic mail, an added data file 23 which contains the added data, a mail analysis part 12 which checks whether or not data addition is indicated by analyzing electronic mail sent by a portable telephone 31 having a function of generating and sending electronic mail, and a mail editing part 13 which takes the added data out of the added data file 23 by referring to the data information table 22 when the mail analysis part 12 detects the data addition indication, and then adds the added data to the received electronic mail and distributes them to the recipient.
