PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel type speaker mounting structure to be safely protected against an external environment. SOLUTION: The mounting structure of the panel type speaker is provided. In the mounting structure of the panel type speaker, an LCD window 30 is exposed with a distal end of an upper casing frame 12 of a body and mounted. An LCD module M is mounted at a lower side of the window 30 at an interval to the window 30 in the body 10, and has a first section 31a corresponding to the window 30 and a second section 31b having the panel type speaker S mounted by being extended from the first section 31a.
