PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily compute weight applied to an axle of a truck. SOLUTION: The data of a chassis type, deck dimensions and layout, the data of optional items, the data of under-subframe weight and the data of loadage of a load are simply inputted to compute weight on each of the chassis, occupant, load, deck, under-subframe and options, and each axle load on the basis of the inputted data, and previously stored weight data including weight data for every chassis type and weight data for every item (114, 112, 113). Gross vehicle weight, total front wheel load and total rear wheel load are automatically computed from the computed values (132). Specifications including information on the gross vehicle weight and the total load of each axle are outputted (134).
