PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent personal information from leaking. SOLUTION: A distribution-side information processor 20 generates and distributes access destination specification information P composed of the address K of an information gathering server 30, code information (a) corresponding to the address A of a homepage related to the contents of electronic mail M, and non-specification attribute information Np which does not specify individuals in attribute information of subscribers at distribution destinations to a subscriber-side information processor 11 together with the electronic mail M. When the subscriber side specifies this access destination specification information P, the code information (a) and non-specification attribute information Np are reported to the information gathering server 30, which sends the address of the homepage corresponding to the code information (a) back, so that the information processor 11 accesses the homepage having the address A on a web server 40. The information gathering server 30 records the address A and non-specification property information Np while making them correspond to each other.
