PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer attraction supporting system for contributing to the development of new customers and the fixation of already existing customers by providing information corresponding to the needs of a customer. SOLUTION: The server 1 is provided with an information providing means 20 for providing information related with merchandise or a service, a merchandise and service data base (structure relevant information data base 41) in which information related with the merchandise or service is stored, and a customer information data base 42 in which the registration information of a customer K is stored. In this customer attraction supporting system for providing the information related with the merchandise or service through a communication network 5 to the customer, the information providing means is provided with a service item presenting part (top page 50) for presenting a service item for supporting the customer attraction and an information presenting part (sub- pages 51-59) for presenting information related with the merchandise or service corresponding to the service item. |
