PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an outgoing direction high-speed data communication service is getting difficult to be performed because high-capacity communication data advance. SOLUTION: In a cable modem terminating device, digital modulators 2-A and 2-B for respectively performing modulation utilizing frequencies in allocated channels are provided with an interface part 6 for inputting data allocated to outgoing channels A and B through which the data should be transmitted to cable modems 3-A, 3-B, 3-C and 3-D sides through a cable network.
