PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize proper medicine management and prescription, proper inventory management, and order placement in pharmacy based on a medical prescription. SOLUTION: This system is composed of pharmacy terminals installed in a plurality of pharmacies connected to a headquarter server system. Each pharmacy terminal is equipped with a medicine information database containing a medicine table and an inventory table. The headquarter server system is equipped with a medicine information master database including a medicine master table and an inventory information master table storing inventory information by pharmacies, the inventory information master table for medicine is updated by inventory data sent from each pharmacy terminal, medicine master data stored in the medicine master table is sent to each pharmacy terminal, the inventory information table for medicine is updated by order data sent from each pharmacy terminal, and based on order data, the headquarter server system submits an order to a medicine manufacturer and a medicine seller. |
