PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dynamically adjust a supply and demand state of each site according to changing condition among sites in a distribution system of recycling water. SOLUTION: An agent of each of supply and demand sites requests a market management server and a sub-market server to supply a necessary amount of treated water. At that moment, it requests the treated water at a cost incorporating a cost required for water distribution according to a network of water distribution. The market server determines a combination of a water supply site, a water distribution route and the like by the request (necessary water amount, cost, etc.), and route information of the water distribution network, and informs each agent of its determination. Each agent receives the result and requests as needed. When there is no change in combination and request, the combination of water distribution is determined. As required, a redundant water route is omitted by adjusting among combinations of some water distribution routes, or a new water distribution route is determined when abnormality occurs during operation. |
