PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer program related information corresponding to the progress state of program contents to an information communication terminal having a reproducing function of the program contents and a communication function via a network even when the cooperation of a program broadcasting company is unavailable. SOLUTION: During the reproduction of program contents by a reproduction program 26, a browser program 28 in a computer terminal 14 transmits the program name received from the reproduction program 26 and a time code (elapsed time from a program start) to a program related information offering server 10. The program related information offering server 10 generates an information presenting screen corresponding to the received program name and the time code in reference to the program related information database 30 and transmits it to the computer terminal 14, and the screen is displayed on the computer terminal 14.
