PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic control system providing an accurate alternate traffic guidance for vehicles without burdening a traffic guide. SOLUTION: Guiding apparatuses 10 and 20 are arranged on the road side of a construction zone with predetermined intervals in a vehicle passing direction. First and second arm swinging mechanisms of the plurality of guiding apparatuses are controlled so that a hand flag 40 for stopping vehicles of at least one guiding apparatus in a side stopping vehicles is swung upward and a hand flag for allowing passage of at least one of the guiding apparatuses 10 and 20 in a side allowing, passage of vehicles is repetitively swung in the horizontal direction. |
