<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent molding failure of the top end part of the resin mold part without lowering the efficiency of molding work. SOLUTION: After the extended part 8 is installed at the molding of the dies for the resin mold part 3, this extended part 8 is cut off. Even if the diameter dimension precision of the top end part 3b of the extended part 8 is deteriorated by the fluctuations of the diameter of the cable insulating layers 6 of the shield cable L, the deterioration of the diameter dimension precision of the top end part 3a of the resin mold part after cut-off is alleviated. The extended part 8 is cut off by the same process as the peeling-off of the cable insulating layers 6, thereby, the increase of working process is prevented.</p> |
