PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplifier to be stably operated, in which the voltage of an offset by erroneous matching or the like inside a circuit is suppressed without narrowing the pass band of signals, enlarging distortion or lowering the S/N. SOLUTION: The feedback loop of this amplifier is constituted of two parallelly provided amplification means (Gm amplifiers) Gm1 and Gm2 and 'pole' and 'zero' are given to open loop characteristics in one amplification means Gm2. Thus, a loop gain in DC is raised compared to the case of the single body of the other amplification means Gm1, the loop gain in the signal passing band of a pole frequency or higher is lowered and a phase margin at the frequency for turning the open loop gain to '1' is given.
