SOLUTION: A server 1 receives the distribution request data of music data transmitted from a client 4, through a receiving means 11, determines the sentiment of an answerer by a sentiment determining means 12 on the basis of the received data, retrieves a database 2 by a retrieving means 13 on the basis of the determined sentiment of the answerer, arranges the acquired music data by an arranging means 14, and transmits the arranged music data to the client 4 by a transmitting means 15.
