PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that the operating information is not being effectively used because rearranging and analyzing of the operation information acquired from the on-vehicle apparatus are not easy and the quantity and vari ety of the operation information itself are not sufficient although the effective utilization of the operation information is very useful from before in planning of a vehicle operation, and particularly a delivery plan of motor truck transpor tation, and utilization of the so-called onboard apparatus for automatically collecting the operation information has been attempted. SOLUTION: Onboard apparatus 7 are connected to an operation information analyzing means 11 via a network 5 such as the Internet. Terminals 9 of users 3 of the operation information are connected to the network 5. Operation information such as field-proven data stored in the operation information analyzing means 11 and analysis data acquired from the field-proven data can be displayed in the terminals 9, and the operation information can be shared between users 3.
