<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information disclosing method which simplifies the procedure for responding to a request for the disclosure of information and reduces the time for providing the information. SOLUTION: An applicant who has issued a request for the disclosure of information at a terminal is authenticated, and then the attributes of the authenticated applicant are obtained. Next, it is determined whether the information requested by the applicant may be disclosed based on the result of comparing the attributes of the applicant with the items of a qualification confirmation matrix in which the right and wrong of the disclosure of information are registered with the correspondences with the attributes of applicants. When the information requested by the applicant may be disclosed, a disclosed-information database in which the information requested by the applicant is stored is specified based on a disclosed-information management database in which information for managing the information to be disclosed is stored, and then the information requested by the applicant is obtained from the specified disclosed-information database, and the obtained information is provided for the applicant.</p> |
