SOLUTION: The server computer 10 provides a client computer 20, which accesses the server computer, with a measured-value entry web page screen H1 for entering the measured value of wastes produced by organization M. The server computer 10 also provides any computer, which accesses the server computer, with a location web page screen H2 on which the site plan 40 of the organization's facility and measuring points 42 are displayed, a graph web page screen H3 on which the measured values of wastes and their graphs are displayed, and a bulletin board web page screen H4 on which any user who accesses the server computer may put opinions on a bulletin board.</p> |
