<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically issue a request document for transport based on a single item shipment instruction. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a residence-based data base 4 controlling data of construction members for one residence for each residence, a construction member data base 5 storing data of construction members, an input means 1 to input contents written on the single item shipment instruction document 11 sent for shortage of construction members generated at a building site by reference to the residence-based data based 4 and the construction member data base 5, a single item shipment instruction document storing means 2 to make a data base of the contents of the single item shipment instruction 11 inputted from the input means 1 to be stored as a single item shipment instruction data base 6, and a transport request document issuing means 3 to form an issue a transport request document 21 for the members in shortage for the subject residence based on the single item shipment instruction data base stored in the single item shipment instruction storing means 2.</p> |
