PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an organic LED display panel having a long life by using a transcription method. SOLUTION: In producing the organic LED display panel composed of a substrate/the first electrode/organic layers containing at least a light-emitting layer/the second electrode, a base film is obtained by forming at least a light- heat conversion layer on a base material film, and on it a donor film is obtained by forming transcription layers composed of at least an organic layer. The donor film is pasted on the substrate or on a required and laminated material formed on the substrate, so that the base material film is positioned outside. Then by radiating light or heat from the base material film side, the donor film is peeled off leaving a part or all of the transcription layers, and the substrate is vacuum dried or dried by heat.
