PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic connector which is easy to process and low cost because of good yield, enabled to easily realize a precise dimensional accuracy, with wide application range for products, and to provide a manufacturing method of the same. SOLUTION: For the elastic connector 1, conductive member 4 is filled inside a plurality of small holes 3 formed on an elastic sheet member 2 in the direction of thickness, and for the manufacturing method of the elastic connector 1, the process of making small holes 3 or the arrangement of conductive member 4 are proceeded in a state of expanding the elastic sheet member 2 in its spreading direction.
