PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make issuable a coupon of a kind required by each member to the member without requiring much labor. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a member file 6 for storing the kind code of the coupon to be issued to each member in conformation to the member identification information of a member cared 4 distributed to the member together with a flag showing whether the coupon is unissued or issued to the member concerned. A POS terminal 1 retrieves the member file 6, when the member identification information of the member card 4 is inputted through a card reader 5, judges whether the coupon has not issued or has been issued from the flag corresponding to the member identification information. When it is judged that the coupon has not been issued, the coupon of the kind code set in conformation to this member identification information in the member file 6 is issued, and the corresponding flag is updated to the issued one. When the issue of coupon is judged, no coupon is issued. |
