PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a conventional systematic job offer/job hunt system, in which job hunters browse, check, and apply for the personnel mostly specified by one-sided requests from the side of job offerers and mainly targeted on young persons, thus lacking a systematic personnel inquiring system, in which middle/advanced age persons propagandize their experiences and techniques to be browsed and checked by the job offerers. SOLUTION: In this system, middle/advanced age persons publicize their experiences and techniques via the Internet, and the job offerers inquire and retrieve desired personnel through browse and check. The system is mainly targeted on the middle/advanced age persons, and readily operable personnel can be efficiently inquired. |
