PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the dispose of an goods even if its debt balance as security is higher than its price. SOLUTION: A used-car dealer examines a user's used-car, and then notifies the user of an additional payment for its disposal if the examined price is lower than its loan balance. A loan provider for used-car disposal requests a payment guarantee to a guarantee company capable of examining trust of an individual in response to a loan application for the additional payment from the user. If the guarantee company guarantees the payment for the user, the loan provider for used-car disposal furnishes funds of the additional payment for the user based on the payment guarantee. Therefore, even if an existing loan balance is higher than the worth of the used-car, a user can prepare an additional payment to dispose of his/her used-car. |
