PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To capture purchase information to prepare a housekeeping book because a credit card is used for payment when a goods is purchased and pur chase information of the goods is held at a banking institution concerned with the credit cared. SOLUTION: This system is constituted with a store terminal 3a installed in a store 3 which reads a card 2 held by a depositor 1, inquires to the banking institution, requests fund transfer in terms of purchase price of the goods and transmits the purchase information on the above-mentioned goods at the same time, a processing device at the banking institution 4a which processes the fund transfer in terms of the above-mentioned purchase price based on an inquiry from the above-mentioned store terminal and stores the purchase information including the above-mentioned purchase price in a housekeeping books database 4b, a depositor terminal 1a which inquires to the above-mentioned housekeeping books database, captures the housekeeping books information including the above-mentioned purchase information and prepares the housekeeping books based on it, and a communication network 5 to mutually connect the above-mentioned store terminal, the above-mentioned processing device at the banking institution and the above-mentioned depositor terminal. |
