<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate warpage of a semiconductor substrate, deterioration of characteristics and realize reduction in cost. SOLUTION: This solar battery cell has a structure with a silicon substrate 1, rear side electrodes 55 consisting of aluminum formed to the entire part of rear surface of the silicon substrate and a BSF layer 4, formed to the rear surface electrode bonding surface of the semiconductor substrate are respectively provided and the rear surface electrodes 55 are formed in two or more kinds of thickness 55a, 55b.</p> |
