<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring board, in which the adhesion property of embedded resin with a built-in electronic component to a board body is enhanced and stabilized and by which the functions of the electronic component can be displayed sufficiently. SOLUTION: The wiring board 1 comprises the board body 2 having a surface 4 and a rear 5, a through-hole 6 passing through a part between the surface 4 and the rear 5 on the board body 2 and a chip capacitor (electronic component) 10 built in the through-hole 6 via the embedded resin 13. Regarding its surface roughness on the inner wall 6a of the through-hole 6, its mean roughness Ra on the central line is within the range of 0.5 to 5.0μm, and its mean roughness Rz in ten points is within the range of 5.0 to 30.0μm.</p> |
