PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a data processing format in which memory resources can be efficiently used. SOLUTION: Data recorded for every record unit are filed for every item data in a record, and the filed item data are subjected to arithmetic processing with each other in regard to data in a database. Thus, it is possible to perform efficient data retrieval from the viewpoint of data access even at the time of retrieving the database because a file is constructed for every item data.
