PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack capable of certainly securing the interval between a battery cell and a protection circuit board at a low cost. SOLUTION: The battery pack is provided with a battery cell 2; and a protection circuit loaded with a circuit element 5 on a main surface of one board 4. A plurality of spacers 3 having the same height each other and higher than the circuit element are loaded on the main surface of the board 4 of the protection circuit and the board 4 is fixed to the battery cell 2 through the spacers 3.
