PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material constitution capable of stably sealing barrier layer and a tab without causing short-circuiting of the barrier layer and the tab of an outer packaging body by heat and pressure of a heat seal when a lithium battery body is inserted into the outer packaging body making a polyethylene type resin as a heat seal layer and a periphery thereof is sealed with the heat seal in the lithium battery packaging. SOLUTION: When a lithium battery body is inserted into an outer packaging body of the lithium battery composed of at least a base material layer, an adhesive layer, aluminum, a chemical conversion treatment layer and a heat seal layer of a polyolefin resin and a periphery edge is heat-sealed, an adhesive film interposed between the outer packaging body and the tab part is a multi- layer film formed by extrusion-laminating a polyolefin resin to an electron beam crosslinked acid-modified polyolefin film as at least a layer adhered to the tab. The acid-modified polyolefin film is an acid-modified polyethylene film and the polyolefin resin is the polyethylene resin and a heat-resistant polyolefin film is the acid-modified polypropylene film and the polyolefin resin is polypropylene resin.
