PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a private branch of exchange system that can easily confirm attached information as to voice recording before listening and easily revise the attached information to display. SOLUTION: When a voice storage section 33 of an external computer 30 stores voice data recorded by a private branch of electronic exchange 1, a voice storage detection section 34 detects it and informs a central controller 31 about it together with recording destination information. The central controller 31 reads the time for an internal clock 36, uses a display indication section 35 to generate display data including the attached information such as recording time and informs the private branch of exchange 1 about the data together with information of a phone terminal being a display destination. A central controller 7 of the private branch of exchange 1 activates a display control section 12 to display notified display data to a phone terminal 6 being the display object in a form of a list.
