PURPOSE: A remote education system is provided to allow an educator to offer a remote telephone education to an educatee and to interactively communicate data with the educatee by using a CTI(Computer Telephony Integration) server, and to systematically manage various data generated during the education by using a CRM(Customer Relationship Management) program. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises an internet server(100), a CTI server(200) and a database server(300). The database server(300) stores data, input via the internet server(100) and the CTI server(200), at a database(301), manages and analyzes the data. The CTI server(200) is connected to an educatee telephone(201) and an educator telephone(202), and the internet server(100) being connected to an educatee computer(101) and an educator computer(102). The CTI server(200) includes a telephone exchange, an authentication function, and the NT, the Linux or the Unix server with a CTI software. The internet server(100), the MS-IIS or the Apache web server, includes a remote education software and various web pages. The database server(300) includes a DBMS like the Oracle 8i or MS-SQL 7.0, includes a CRM package software which performs an extraction, an analysis and a process of various data generated at the remote education system according to a request of the CTI server(200) and the internet server(100), and offers the processed data to the educatee, the educator or a system manager. The internet server(100) offers functions of a member registration, a member authentication, an educator selection, a scheduling, an education time designation or management, a call back registration, a payment management, a member management, an interactive education and a one way education. The CTI server(200) offers functions of a member authentication, a call connection, a call waiting, a session management, a payment management, and a call back for an education reservation. |
