This fouling reducing device for the tubes of a tubular heat exchanger is of the type that is comprised of at least one turbulence generating element lodged inside one of the tubes of said exchanger and made of a metallic alloy with a nickel content that is greater than 50% by weight and furthermore consists of at least one metal chosen from the group comprised of chrome and molybdenum to improve its resistance to corrosion when in contact with one of the hydrocarbons and namely with crude oil.
