<p>The invention provides methods for isolating and identifying epidermal stem cells, and uses thereof. Methods for enriching a population of cells for epidermal stem cells are provided. The methods make use of the MCSP protein. An epidermal stem cell specific promoter and an epidermal stem cell specific delivery vehicle and uses thereof are also described.</p> |
