<p>An elevator system, which uses BlueToothTM technologies to transmit control / communication / positional data from a computer on/in the lift car to the group control computer [GC unit] typically in/at the lift motor room. The signal uses BlueGenieTM technology to transmit the signal from the car up to 1km. The data stream is packaged with unique address data for each elevator / system set block. Each landing door block set ha a PC card transmitter / receiver to enable pre-arrival communication from the car / GC unit. These door set PC's control landing illumination / waiting passenger information.</p> |
